Summary

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Cedar Creek recreational trailers. The trailers may not have an emergency exit window installed.

Risk

A missing emergency exit window can prevent passengers from exiting in the event of an emergency, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy

Dealers will install red window operating hardware and an exit sticker for the window, free of charge. All vehicles are still in dealer inventory and therefore no owner notification letters will be mailed. Owners may contact Forest River customer service at 1-260-593-4000. Forest River's number for this recall is 20-1970.

Summary

Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2026 Riverstone, Cedar Creek, and 2024 R-Pod recreational trailers equipped with Curt Touring Coil Suspensions. The shock bolts may have been incorrectly tightened.

Risk

Broken shock retainer bolt heads and washers may detach and become a road hazard for other vehicles, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will replace the shock bolts, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 6, 2026. Owners may contact Cedar Creek customer service at 1-260-593-4000, R-Pod customer service at 1-574-642-3119, and Riverstone customer service at 1-260-593-4028. Forest River's number for this recall is 51-062.
