Summary

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2024 Convoy, 2023-2026 GH1, 2025 GT1, and 2026 GH2 motorhomes equipped with 2.0 liter engine. The secondary alternator controller programming was not properly updated.

Risk

Improper programming can cause the engine to stall, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will install a wire harness and update the alternator programming, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 19, 2025. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-145.

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2025 GT1 Touring vans. The seat belt buckles on the rear bench seat may be too short and not able to be buckled.

Risk

A seat belt that is unable to be fastened increases the risk of injury in the event of a crash.

Remedy

Dealers will inspect and replace the seat belt, as necessary free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed October 2, 2025. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-146.

Summary

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2025-2026 GT1, GH1, and 2026 GH2 motorhomes. The Cargo Carrying Capacity (CCC) label states an incorrect number of seat belt equipped seating positions, which can result in unbelted passengers. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 110, “Tire Selection and Rims.”

Risk

Unbelted passengers may not be properly restrained in a crash, increasing their risk of injury.

Remedy

Tiffin will mail corrected labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 2, 2026. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-147. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning May 15, 2026.

Summary

Tiffin Motorhomes, Inc. (Tiffin) is recalling certain 2025-2026 GT1, 2026 GH2, and GH1 motorhomes. A screw may have punctured the fuel tank during manufacturing, causing a fuel leak.

Risk

A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source, increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy

Owners are advised to park outside and away from structures until the remedy is completed. Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel tank as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2026. Owners may contact Tiffin customer service at 1-256-356-8661. Tiffin's number for this recall is TIF-148.
