THE ANCHOR END OF THE SAFETY BELT BUCKLE WAS INCORRECTLY LOCATED, CAUSING THE UPPER TORSO RESTRAINT TO BE IMPROPERLY POSITIONED.
IMPROPER LOCATION OF THE UPPER TORSO RESTRAINT RESULTS IN REDUCED SEAT OCCUPANT PROTECTION IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP OR CRASH.
DEALERS WILL REINSTALL THE SEAT BUCKLE ANCHOR TO PROPERLY POSITION THE SEAT AND UPPER TORSO RESTRAINTS.
