SEAT BELT ANCHORAGES WOULD NOT SUSTAIN SEAT BELT LOADS INA CRASH, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY TO THE OCCUPANT.

Remedy

REPLACE TOP PLATE WELDMENT, INCLUDING SEAT BELT ANCHORAGE BAR, ON SEAT PEDESTALS.

THIS COULD RESULT IN THE DRIVER'S ATTENTION BEINGDIVERTED WHEN SELECTING CONTROLS WITH THE POTENTIAL FOR AN ACCIDENT.

Remedy

INSTALL HEADLAMP SWITCH CONTROL IDENTIFIER EITHER ON OR ADJACENT TO THE SWITCH.
