SOME OF THE INVOLVED VEHICLES DO NOT COMPLY WITH FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 121, "AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS". THE AIR RESERVOIR CAPACITY IS BELOW THAT ALLOWED BY THE STANDARD.
