IF THE OUTBOARD REAR SAFETY BELT ASSEMBLY WILL NOTRELEASE THE WEBBING FROM THE RETRACTED POSITION, SAFETY BELT USE FOR THE SEATOCCUPANT IS IMPOSSIBLE, INCREASING THE RISK OF INJURY IN AN ACCIDENT.
