IN THE EVENT OF A SECONDARY SYSTEM FAILURE, THERE WOULDBE NO AIR TO THE FOOT VALVE AND THE VEHICLE WOULD BE WITHOUT SERVICE BRAKESCAUSING LOSS OF BRAKING CONTROL WHICH COULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
