INSTALL ANCHOR PLATE UNDER BASE OF THROTTLE; HEATED ENGINE COOLANT WILL BE FLOWED THROUGH AN ADAPTER PLATE TO ELIMINATE ICE FORMATION ON THE THROTTLE BLADE.
