STARTRANS WILL MAIL THE REQUIRED DECAL ALONG WITH DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS ON WHERE TO PLACE THE DECAL. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON NOVEMBER 10, 2011. OWNERS MAY CONTACT STARTRANS AT 1- 877-258-1391.
