THIS IMPROPER CONNECTION MAY LEAD TO OVERHEATING AND MELTING OF THE TRANSFER SWITCH AND MAY RESULT IN A FIRE.

What fixes it

Official remedy

ENTEGRA WILL NOTIFY OWNERS AND DEALERS WILL REPLACE THE TRANSFER SWITCH FREE OF CHARGE. THE SAFETY RECALL BEGAN ON SEPTEMBER 24, 2010. OWNERS MAY CONTACT ENTEGRA AT 1-800-945-4787.
