IF THE COVER FASTENERS FAIL TO SECURELY FASTEN THE COVER IN PLACE, IT MAY BECOME DETACHED DURING BUS OPERATION, POSSIBLY CAUSING A CRASH OR CAUSE INJURY TO PEDESTRIANS.
